If you’re new to CrossFit or fitness, our Countdown Course is the place to start. These classes meet every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday night. These three classes cover the essentials of CrossFit & nutrition, including our mission/vision/culture, foundational movements and skills, and nutrition for an active lifestyle.
